Questions

What do I get from an instrument extractor?

Two files: the instrument on its own, and the song without it. Each extractor looks for one instrument, so a song with no saxophone gives a near-silent saxophone file. To get every instrument at once, use the Every Instrument Splitter.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Sign in with Google and you get 5 free credits, no card. Most tools use 1 credit per minute of song, so that covers one song up to 5 minutes. After that, a 4-minute song is about $0.30 with the smallest credit pack. Credits never expire.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Every tool works online in your web browser, and the splitting runs in the cloud. You need a free account to split a song.

What files can I upload and what do I get?

MP3, WAV, M4A or FLAC, up to 10 minutes. Each part downloads as a 320 kbps MP3. Your song and its parts stay in your account for 30 days.

How long does a split take?

Usually 1 to 3 minutes. You can leave the page; the split carries on and shows up when you come back. If a split fails, the credits go back to your account.
