Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 5 free credits when you sign in with Google, with no card. That is one song up to 5 minutes on most tools. The MIDI converters (MP3 to MIDI, Audio to MIDI, WAV to MIDI) are free and need no account.
Is this a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, and credits never expire.
How is the price of a split worked out?
Credits per minute of song, rounded up to the next minute, times the tool's rate. The exact price is on the button before anything runs, and a split that fails gives its credits back.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of buying, unused credits can be refunded in proportion. Duplicate charges and payments that didn't deliver credits are refunded in full. Refund policy.
