Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Unmix Studio splits songs into parts. These rules say what you may upload and what you may do with the results. Breaking them can get your account closed; unused credits are refunded as in the Refund Policy.
Upload only what you have the right to use
Upload your own recordings, music you have permission to use, or songs for private practice and study. The tool doesn't change who owns a song: if you publish, sell or stream anything made from someone else's recording (a remix, a cover backing track, a karaoke video), you need the rights holder's permission.
Not allowed
- Uploading content that is illegal where you live, or that you obtained illegally.
- Using the parts to pass off someone else's work as your own, or to infringe copyright.
- Uploading recordings of people made without their consent, or audio meant to harass or deceive.
- Automated or bulk use (scripts, scraping, reselling access) and attempts to get around credits or limits.
- Creating several accounts to collect the free sign-up credits again.
Reporting
If you believe something uploaded here infringes your rights, email support@unmixstudio.com with the details. Files are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
