Refund Policy

The short version

If Unmix Studio isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying a credit pack and we refund the credits you haven't used. Double charges and payments whose credits never arrived are refunded in full, at any time.

What you can get back

• Unused credits, within 30 days. We refund the share of the pack you haven't used. For example, if you bought 100 credits for $7.49 and used 40, we refund 60% of the price: $4.49.
• A pack you haven't used at all is refunded in full within the same 30 days.
• Charged twice, or paid and no credits arrived: refunded in full, whenever you tell us.
• Where the law gives you more (for example the EU and UK right of withdrawal), the law applies.

Failed splits

If a split fails, the credits it used come back to your account automatically. You don't need to ask. That is a refund of credits, not money; the credits stay yours to use or, within the 30 days, to be refunded as above.

How to ask

Email support@unmixstudio.com from the address you sign in with, and tell us which purchase. We reply within two working days. The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it. The refunded credits are removed from your account.

Free credits

The free credits new accounts get are a gift, so they have no cash value and aren't refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars or, in the euro area, in euros. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
